Publication of a Dashboard is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for users who follow our rules. The Platform does reserve the right in its sole discretion and at any time to terminate or suspend your Dashboard and/or block your access to the Platform for any reason including, without limitation if you have failed to comply with these Terms of Service. You agree that Dashful shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account or for blocking your access to the Platform.
Dashful may change these Terms of Service for the Platform at any time without notice. By using the Platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Our payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns.
