Dashful Terms of Service

1. Terms

Welcome to Dashful, a free dashboard builder/hosting platform (the "Platform") that allows you to create a dashboard hosted at a subdomain URL using the "dashful.co" domain (each a "Dashboard"). By accessing the Platform at https://dashful.co, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform.

If you are agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of someone else (your employer for example), then you are warranting to us that you have full legal authority to bind that third party.

2. Platform Access and Use

  1. The Platform is currently free to use under a Free plan. However, the premium plans require a purchase by you, and in the future, we may offer certain other portions of the Platform for a one-time fee, on a subscription basis or under any other lawful pricing structure. In all instances, our services are not being sold to you; rather, you are being granted a limited license to use our Platform, Platform Content, and services.
  2. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to discontinue the Platform services, in whole or in part, at any time. When using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including, without limitation, copyright law.

3. Disclaimer

You expressly agree that use of the Platform is at your sole risk. the Platform and Platform content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Platform makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights, warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the Platform or accessed through the Platform, warranties concerning the accuracy or reliability of the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform, warranties that your use of the Platform will be secure or uninterrupted and warranties that errors in the software will be corrected.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if the Platform or a the Platform authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Dashful has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Platform of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

6. Termination

Publication of a Dashboard is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for users who follow our rules. The Platform does reserve the right in its sole discretion and at any time to terminate or suspend your Dashboard and/or block your access to the Platform for any reason including, without limitation if you have failed to comply with these Terms of Service. You agree that Dashful shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your account or for blocking your access to the Platform.

7. Modifications

Dashful may change these Terms of Service for the Platform at any time without notice. By using the Platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
